On November 19th, LS4FUTURE organised a workshop entitled “Careers Beyond Academia: from reflection to action”, hosted by Chaperone.

This workshop, the last one on Career Development this year, was hosted at ITQB NOVA and attended by 20 enthusiastic participants from our partner institutions.

Through hands-on activities and guided self-reflection led by trainer Ana Osorio, attendees learned how their expertise can transfer to different sectors, gained clarity on potential career paths, and picked up concrete strategies to position themselves for success beyond academia.

In 2025 LS4FUTURE continued supporting early career researchers with timely, practical training to help them reach their professional goals while discovering more about their strengths and interests.
