LS4FUTURE Multi-Omics Data Analysis Course Brings Together Researchers Across the Network
8/09/2026
The LS4FUTURE Course in Multi-Omics Data Analysis, held from 2 to 4 September at ITQB NOVA, brought together participants from our LS4FUTURE partner institutions for three days of intensive training, exchange and networking.
With full attendance throuhout the course, participants engaged enthusiastically with the training led by Yesid Cuesta and Alberto Santos Delgado, exploring approaches and tools for the analysis of Proteomics, Metabolomics and Multi-omics data, based on the scNotebooks framework.
Beyond the technical learning, the course was also an opportunity to connect researchers and members of the LS4FUTURE community across institutions, exchange experiences and ideas, and strenghten the collaborative spirit that characterise our Associate Laboratory.
We hope the course provided participants with valuable knowledge and practical tools that they can bring back to their research environments, while also creating new connections and opportunities for collaboration across the LS4FUTURE network.
This course is part of LS4FUTURE’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the computational capacity of our research community. We will continue developing training opportunities and other initiatives to support researchers in making ht emost of computational approaches, data and emerging technologies in life sciences.
Stay tuned for more activities from LS4FUTURE!
