We are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Coordinator. Starting on June 15, Mariana Pinho from ITQB NOVA, took over from Inês Cardoso Pereira.

LS4FUTURE warmly welcomes Mariana Pinho, confident that her expertise, vision and drive will greatly contribute to the continued success of this Associated Laboratory.

Our community expresses its sincere gratitude to Inês Cardoso Pereira for her dedication, professionalism, and commitment throughout her tenure (2021 – 2026). Her leadership played a significant role in strengthening the collaboration between the partners institutions, advancing our shared objectives, and fostering the strong relationships that characterize our partnership today.

In her words: “I very much enjoyed my role in LS4FUTURE over the past 6 years, and am very grateful for all the support I got from the Directive Board, the Executive Committee and especially the Coordination Office. I am proud of the work we did together, and I think this is the right time to change leadership as we prepare for a new funding cycle. I am very happy that Mariana accepted this challenge as I know that she will do a great job. I also thank all LS4FUTURE members and our partner institutions for their continued collaboration, trust, and support”.
