LS4FUTURE free webminar on Mental Health & Wellbeing Strategies for Academics

We know academia is inspiring and exciting, but it can also feel challenging at times. LS4FUTURE not only cares about the scientific development of its community but also values their personal growth and wellbeing, aware that having a happy team member is one of the most powerful assets for scientific success.

We are therefore pleased to invite you to this 1.5h webinar:

Mental Health & Wellbeing Strategies for Academics

As academia is often associated with high levels of pressure, uncertainty, and demanding work cultures, these challenges can significantly impact well-being, productivity, and career sustainability.

This training is designed to increase mental health literacy in academia and to raise awareness of common challenges in academic environments (such as anxiety, isolation, imposter syndrome, burnout, and stress-related mental health issues).

Promoting awareness and discussion around mental health is indeed essential to foster healthier and more sustainable academic environments.

The session will present common warning signs, risk and protective factors, and practical strategies to help researchers and academics prevent and better manage these challenges in their daily work.
